The aim of the company is to become the UK’s leading source of property deals for property investors.
The role of the Property Finder at Rapido, is to identify and qualify properties, where the owners (vendors) need some help with a property problem – usually that they want to move, or need to move and need someone to take their property off their hands quickly.
Most property investors only offer 1 solution or other to all property problems, so they offer the same solution to everyone. We are different – we have a range of solutions we can offer (fast cash house sale, lease option, assisted sale for example). To deliver these solutions, we source property deals and sell them on to investors.
